1. Perishable goods (meat)
Because many of our products are perishable, returns are generally not accepted once products have been delivered or collected. If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect items, missing items, or quality concerns), please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
2. Non-perishable goods (tallow / skincare)
If you receive a non-perishable product that is damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within a reasonable period after delivery. We may request photos of the item and packaging to help assess the issue.
3. Damaged or incorrect orders
- If your order arrives damaged, please notify us promptly and include photos where possible.
- If you received the wrong item(s), we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
- If items are missing, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
4. Refund method

5. Delivery fees
